Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto Insight collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Crypto Insight mobile application and related public pages.

Crypto Insight is a market information application. It is not intended to be a custodial wallet, brokerage, exchange, or investment adviser.

1. Information We May Collect

1.1 Information stored locally on your device

App preferences such as refresh settings, notification settings, and data source settings.
Watchlist selections and other local app state.
When wallet features are used, a wallet public key, sign-in status, and wallet auth token may be stored locally on your device.

1.2 Information transmitted to third-party data providers

Requests for market data, chart data, order book data, and related asset information may be sent to third-party market data services used by the app.
These requests may include standard technical metadata that normally accompanies internet traffic, such as IP address, device network information, and request headers, as handled by those providers.

1.3 Push notification and backend information

If push messaging is enabled and configured, the app may obtain a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for your device.
That token may be transmitted to a developer-operated backend endpoint for device registration and message delivery.
Test notification requests may include a device token, asset symbol, timeframe, app package name, and related message metadata.

1.4 Wallet and blockchain interaction information

If you use Solana wallet features, the app may receive wallet authorization data made available by your wallet application.
Blockchain interactions initiated through your wallet may create public on-chain records that are visible on the Solana blockchain.

2. How We Use Information

To provide market dashboards, charting, watchlists, sector browsing, and rule-based insight signals.
To remember your local app settings and improve continuity across sessions on your device.
To deliver optional push notifications and test notifications when enabled.
To support wallet sign-in, wallet session continuity, and blockchain-related features you choose to use.
To maintain app security, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not state that we sell personal information. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With market data providers and infrastructure providers needed to load app content.
With Firebase and developer-operated messaging infrastructure if push messaging is enabled.
With your chosen wallet provider when you initiate wallet sign-in or transaction approval.
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, security, or users.

4. Third-Party Services

Crypto Insight may interact with third-party services, including market data APIs, Solana RPC infrastructure, wallet software, Firebase services, and other technical providers used to operate app functionality. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Local preferences, watchlist data, and locally stored wallet session data remain on your device until removed by you, cleared by the app, or deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Push notification tokens and related backend records may be retained for operational, troubleshooting, audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes for a reasonable period.
Public blockchain data is not controlled by us and generally cannot be altered or deleted once recorded on-chain.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You can stop using the app at any time.
You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device and operating system behavior.
You can disable notifications at the operating system level.
You can disconnect or stop using compatible wallet features through your wallet application and device settings.

7. Account and Data Deletion Requests

Crypto Insight does not currently require a traditional hosted user account to access core market features. If you want to request deletion of developer-held data associated with notification delivery or wallet-related support records, contact the developer at support@cryptoinsight.app with sufficient details to identify the request. We may retain limited information when required by law, security needs, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. No method of transmission, local storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Crypto Insight is not intended for children, and the app is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from minors where prohibited by applicable law.

10. International Use

The services and providers used by Crypto Insight may operate in multiple countries. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
